    The museum reopened on July 6, 2020.

    For health and safety reasons, some changes have been made to the visiting conditions. All visitors must book a time slot, wear a mask in the museum, and respect the safety and social distancing measures recommended for public spaces.
    The museum is open every day (except Tuesday) from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

    Groups
     

    Reservation guidelines from July 6 to September 30, 2020

    All supervised groups of 7 to 25 people must purchase tickets (€17 each) and pay a fee (€70) to book a time slot.
    You will find more information on the page Practical Information for Groups & Schools.
    Please stick to the dates indicated on the website’s reservation schedule.

    Payment for supervised group time slot bookings should be made upon reservation online.

    Tours with official guides are currently unavailable.

    Enter the museum via the Passage Richelieu (self-guided groups and membership cardholders)

    Leaders of supervised groups must present their confirmation ticket at the Group Reception Area under the Pyramid to validate their reservation.

    Individual visitors

    Purchase tickets online (a maximum of 6 at €17 per ticket) for guaranteed entry to the museum with a time slot.

    Enter the museum via the Pyramid.

    Come to the Louvre this summer with family or friends and enjoy a free mini-tour around the permanent collections (no booking required; subject to availability). Spend 20 minutes with an official guide, who will be happy to answer your every question.

    - mornings: 10 a.m. / 10:30 a.m. / 11 a.m. / 11:30 a.m.
    - afternoons: 2 p.m. / 2:30 p.m. / 3 p.m. / 3:30 p.m.

    Exhibition: Body and Soul
    October 22, 2020 to January 18, 2021
    Organized in collaboration with the Castello Sforzesco Museum in Milan, this exhibition brings together over 150 artworks to reveal the main themes and ideas developed in Italy during the second half of the Quattrocento (15th century) and early years of the Cinquecento (16th century)—the apogee of the Renaissance.
